We are searching for an outgoing marketing assistant to support our growing medical clinic in the Downtown Chicago area.  You will be communicating directly with current clients as well as possible future clients. This is a customer service oriented position, so you must be comfortable dealing with the public in many different settings.

Responsibilities will include:
-Updating social media accounts for the company (Facebook, Twitter, Google) and creating email blasts to send out to clients/the community.
-Writing and sending out contracts to potential clients as well as following up with the person or company inquiring about our services.
-Communicating with clients and potential clients. You will be going to schools and offices throughout the day, several days a week, to distribute marketing materials and speak about our services.
-Administrative duties (phones, scheduling, assisting with various office tasks, etc.)
